1. Data We Collect

PD3 Prep collects the following data to provide its services:

• Email address – used for account registration and login via Supabase.
• User ID – an anonymous identifier assigned to your account to save your progress.
• Audio recordings – recorded in the Speaking module solely for AI feedback. Audio is processed and not stored permanently.
• Written content – text submitted in the Writing module for AI feedback purposes only.

2. How We Use Your Data

All collected data is used exclusively to provide app functionality:

• Account authentication and progress saving
• Generating AI feedback on speaking and writing exercises

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase – used for authentication and data storage. Supabase Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat – used for in-app purchase management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• OpenAI / Anthropic – used for AI feedback on writing and speaking exercises.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

PD3 Prep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
